Weibull Toolbox ™ consists of Life Data Analysis (LDA), Recurring Data Analysis (RDA), Accelerated Life Test Analysis (ALTA) and Reliability Block Diagram (RBD) modules. LDA and ALTA are used for analysing the failure rate behavior of non-repairable items. While RDA is used for analyzing the failure rate behavior of repairable items.

Accelerated Life Test Analysis (ALTA):

  • Supports Weibull and Lognormal distributions

  • Supports Arrhenius, Inverse-Power-Law and Exponential life-stress-models
